1. Service Agreement
By engaging Kamboh Associates for tax filing, registration, or advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. A service engagement is confirmed upon written agreement (WhatsApp, email, or signed document) and receipt of service fee or advance payment.
2. Services Provided
Kamboh Associates provides tax consultancy services including but not limited to: FBR income tax return filing, NTN registration, SECP company registration, sales tax registration, monthly sales tax returns, FBR notice response, wealth statement preparation, and related regulatory compliance. Services are provided 100% online across Pakistan.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete financial information required for the service.
- Respond to our requests for documents within reasonable timeframes.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of returns before FBR submission.
- Pay agreed service fees as per the schedule communicated at engagement.
4. Payment Policy
Service fees are quoted upfront. Payment is typically required after work completion and before final FBR submission (or as agreed). We accept bank transfer and mobile payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Fees are non-refundable once the FBR filing or registration has been submitted.
5. Accuracy & Responsibility
We prepare returns based solely on information provided by the client. Kamboh Associates is not liable for penalties or notices arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing their final return before submission approval.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. Information is not shared with third parties except as required by law (e.g., FBR portal submission on your behalf).
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
